Balapark Management System

Problem
See the daily cash, card, ATM deposit and expense movements of 12 branches centrally, verified and backed by documents.
What we built
Per-branch daily cash entry, bank transaction matching, ATM deposit tracking, a cash verification step, shift handover, document attachments and an audit log for every action.
Result
Live in 12 branches since February 2026. Branch cash, bank and ATM movements are tracked centrally, with documents and a verification step.

NetRestoran

Problem
Orders, kitchen and checkout live in different places; orders get lost between the waiter’s notepad and the kitchen.
What we built
QR menus, table and waiter calls, live order flow to the kitchen display, payments, stock and AI-assisted analytics on one platform.
Result
Between February and September 2026, 17,952 order items reached the kitchen through the system in live restaurants (demo accounts excluded).

Data platform at scale

OtoPusula

Problem
Drivers rely on scattered listings to find a trustworthy repair shop; there is no comparable, city-level source.
What we built
A repair-shop directory covering all 81 provinces: business records, user reviews, maps, search by service type and an App Store app.
Result
29,243 registered businesses across 81 provinces and more than 1,100 city and service guide pages, live on the web and the App Store.

Questions

How do we start a project?

In the first call we pin down the business goal and requirements. Then we write a discovery document covering scope, modules, risks, timeline and budget. Development starts once that document is approved.

How is project cost determined?

Cost depends on scope, integrations, user roles and delivery timeline. After discovery we offer either a fixed project budget or an ongoing product-team model.

Where does AI make sense?

In repetitive work that follows rules but needs reading text, documents or images: reading invoices and contracts, classifying requests, assistants grounded in company knowledge, product imagery. Where mistakes are costly, we build in human approval.

Who owns the source code?

The source code and documentation of software built for you are handed over at the end of the project.

What technologies do you work with?

Next.js and React for web, React Native for mobile, Node.js for the backend and PostgreSQL for data. On the AI side we work with Gemini and OpenAI models. We choose based on what the project needs.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. We offer ongoing support for monitoring, security updates, backups, maintenance and new features, tailored to your needs.
