This notice explains, under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), how YZ Uzman processes your personal data as data controller.

YZ Uzman processes your personal data as data controller under KVKK and applicable Turkish legislation.

Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Learning whether your personal data is being processed
- Requesting information if your data has been processed
- Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
- Knowing the third parties to whom your data is transferred, domestically or abroad
- Requesting correction if your data is incomplete or inaccurate
- Requesting deletion or destruction of your personal data
- Requesting that correction, deletion, or destruction be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred
- Objecting to a result against you arising from analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems
- Requesting compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your personal data
